roof. With more than 22 years of experience,
Jeenendra currently leads the Business
consulting unit of the firm & leads the
business development of the firm’s practice.
He has led his firm from a 20 people team
into a 350 people full-service firm with 6
own offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur, GIFT
City (Ahmedabad), Bangalore and Dubai. In
one of his recent growth acquisitions, he
acquired a 30- member team of cyber
security, fraud and forensics professionals
out of one of the largest company in India.
He continues to grow and diversify his firm
in various service lines and locations in
India.
Education: Jeenendra
qualified as a Chartered Accountant at 21
years. He completed his Bachelor’s degree
from Narsee Monjee College and his Master’s
degree from Sydenham College. He is also a
Certified Public Accountant from Delaware,
United States. He is a certified Insolvency
Professional by the Insolvency &
Bankruptcy Board of India. Prior to joining
MGB as a partner, Jeenendra was with Arthur
Andersen at Mumbai, which was once the
world’s largest professional services firm.
He is the founding member of Arthur Andersen
Alumni in India.

Besides academic accomplishments
& achievements, he has several
publications to his credit in reputed
Journals and has been a speaker in several
Conferences, Seminars, Panel Discussions and
Faculty Development Programmes on regular
basis. He was a Member of their
International Taxation, International
Affairs Committee and Auditing and Assurance
Standards Board of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Leadership: Apart from
professional work, Jeenendra also has led
various forums too. He wasthe Chairman of
the Mumbai chapter of Young Indians, the
youth arm of Confederation of Indian
Industries (CII). He was the Chairman of the
‘Young Leaders Forum’ the youth wing of
Indian Merchants Chamber (IMC). He was the
Chairman of Board of Advisors of AIESEC, a
students’ body, present in over 2,400
universities in 125 member countries across
the world.
Startups and Entrepreneurship:
He was a visiting faculty at
Sydenham College for ‘Entrepreneurship’ and
also coached aspiring students to prepare
for CPA in USA. He is also a Charter member
of TiE Mumbai which is the world’s largest
network of successful entrepreneurs,
corporate executives and senior
professionals established with an aim to
foster entrepreneurship. He was also the
Chief Secretary at JITO Incubation and
Innovation Foundation which has invested in
more than 150+ Crores in 50+ Startups in
India. Jeenendra loves mentoring new
business ideas and has invested in a number
of technology and healthcare startups and
exited a few of them successfully. He sits
on the Board of companies as an Independent
Director/Advisor advising promoters and
founders on their companies and strategy.
Social Work: With a family
culture of giving back, Jeenendra promoted
‘ChandraMohan Foundation’, a family charity
for public welfare activities that is named
after his parents. Specializing in Corporate
CSR, ChandraMohan Foundation enables him to
achieve that ‘small’ change in this world.
Jeenendra leads various social projects of
the Foundation especially in education and
entrepreneurship. He initiated setting up
the ‘MGB Computer Lab’ for CA students at
the new ICAI building at BKC, Mumbai. He has
been awarded “Best work in other Social
Services“ for Chartered Accountants by ICAI.
